Where is Rocklyn Springs Farm?
We're located near Meaford, Ontario, where we raise our animals, grow our vegetables and continue building the farm.
What does “pasture-raised” mean at Rocklyn Springs?
Pasture is a big part of how we farm. Our livestock spend time outside with room to move, graze and forage, while receiving the additional feed they need to stay healthy and thrive.
Why is soil health important to you?
Healthy soil is the foundation of a healthy farm. The better we care for the soil, the better it can support healthy pastures, healthy plants and, ultimately, healthy food.

ORDERING/ FARM SHOP
Where can I buy Rocklyn Springs Farm products?
Our products are available through our online store and at Jay’s Place, our farm shop located at Guidonian Therapy Clinic in Waterloo.
What can I order online?
We currently offer our curated meat boxes, eggs, share deposits, and other seasonal products through the online shop. Individual cuts are available through Jay’s Place, we aren't currently offering individual cuts for online ordering.
Where is Jay’s Place?
Jay’s Place is located inside Guidonian Therapy Clinic in Waterloo. It is our local pickup point for Rocklyn Springs products, with the shop open during clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Do I need to order ahead?
Not always! Our selection at Jay’s Place changes depending on what we have available. If you’re looking for something specific, ordering ahead is the best way to make sure you get it.
How do I pick up my order?
You will be notified with pickup instructions when your order is ready. All orders can be picked up at Jay’s Place in Waterloo.
Do you ship?
Not at this time. Our products are currently available for local pickup, allowing us to keep things simple and make sure everything gets home properly frozen and ready for your freezer.
Do you offer delivery?
We don't currently offer regular farm delivery, but this is something we're hoping to expand in the future.
How do I pay at Jay’s Place?
You can pay by cash or e-transfer. If you'd prefer to pay by debit or credit, we can send you an invoice through Shopify.
Can I visit the farm?
Rocklyn Springs is a working farm, so we do not accept public visits. If you'd like to arrange a visit, please get in touch with us first.
MEATS
Where does your meat come from?
All of our meat comes from animals raised here at Rocklyn Springs Farm. We raise our animals with an emphasis on pasture, good management, and quality feed.
What does pasture-raised mean?
Our animals spend time outdoors on pasture whenever conditions allow, with access to shelter, fresh water and appropriate feed. We believe giving animals room to move, graze and behave naturally is an important part of raising good food. Click here to learn more.
Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
We do not use hormones or antibiotics. Like any responsible livestock operation, animals receive appropriate veterinary care if and when needed.
Can I buy individual cuts?
Individual cuts are currently available at Jay's Place. Online, we're focusing on curated boxes rather than individual cuts.
Do you sell whole or half animals?
We occasionally offer larger shares depending on what we have available. Keep an eye on our Farm Shop or contact us if you're interested.
VEGETABLES
Where do your vegetables come from?
Our vegetables are grown right here at Rocklyn Springs Farm.
Are your vegetables organic?
We are not certified organic, but we do not use pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers at the farm. We focus on good growing practices, healthy soil and producing nutritious food for our community.
Are your vegetables available year-round?
No. Our vegetables are seasonal, and what we offer changes throughout the growing season. Because we grow on a small scale, quantities are limited and some items may sell out quickly.
Do you offer vegetable shares?
We do offer vegetable shares, but our shares are currently full for the season and we don't have any additional openings available.
